Who is responsible
MQ MODERN LIVING LTD (company number 12684344) operates this website. Contact us at info@mqmodernliving.com or 17A Sutton Court Road, Sutton, London, SM1 4FG about information you send through the site.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we securely store the contact details and project information you provide so our showroom can respond, prepare quotations and manage your requested project. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the website owner. Our hosting and database providers process this information to operate the service. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Project planning and shortlists
Saved room IDs and saved wardrobe designs are stored in your browser on this device until you replace them or clear site data. They contain no contact details. Other planner choices and surface shortlists stay in the current page. When you choose to continue to the enquiry form, your brief is carried in the page address so you can review it. Do not put sensitive information in a planning note; personal contact details belong in the enquiry form.
Interactive map
The showroom map loads only when you choose Show interactive map. Loading it connects your browser to Google Maps, which may process information such as your IP address under its own privacy and cookie practices. You can use the directions link instead.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not load optional analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social-media tracking. Essential hosting and security functions may operate. Visiting an external link takes you to that service, which has its own privacy and cookie practices.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract, warranty, accounting or legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the relationship.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, and to object in certain circumstances. Contact us first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Third-party links
Links to map, brand and social-media websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
